Physical Education Exclusion

If a student needs to be excused from P.E. or recess for a brief period of time (no more than three school days), parents may write a note, explaining the reason. For a longer exclusion, a physician's note is needed. Notes should specify the reason for the exclusion and the duration. Both parent and physician notes are kept on file in the student's health record in the Nurse's office.
